Get Ready for the S.W.A.P. 2027 Fashion Show!
Thank you for your interest in being part of the S.W.A.P. Fashion Show 2027 for our 10th Annual Fashion Show! This form mostly has multiple-choice and basic information questions, with just a few short-answer questions at the end. We recommend completing it in one sitting — it should take about 5–7 minutes to finish. Your answers will help us get to know you, your style, and your availability.
Please submit this form by Monday, November 2, at 11:59 PM to secure your spot at casting. Walk-ins may be accommodated only if space permits, so pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
By registering, you’re confirming that you’re genuinely interested in participating in S.W.A.P.’s 10th Annual Fashion Show and are prepared to commit to practices and show day if selected.

WHO CAN TRY OUT
- Open to Lindblom students in grades 7–12 only
- Only need to attend one tryout date (no virtual submissions will be accepted)
- Must be available on on either June 4th or June 5th, 2027 — the day of the show!
- Must be available for scheduled Friday practices from December through May. Please note that Seniors graduating in 2027 will be allowed to miss practice towards the end due to Senior Activities.
DRESS CODE
CASTING ATTIRE: ALL BLACK
Please wear all black clothing that is comfortable to move in and allows us to see your runway walk. We understand that everyone may not have an entirely black outfit, so please wear what you have and do your best to keep your outfit as close to all black as possible. You do not need to purchase anything new!
Clothing Options:
- Tops: Short-sleeve or long-sleeve T-shirts, tank tops, fitted shirts, or bodysuits.
- Bottoms: Black or Dark Jeans, slacks, leggings, or fitted pants.
- Please avoid: Dresses, skirts, baggy clothing, bright colors, and distracting accessories.
Footwear Requirements:
- Young Ladies: Heels are required for the entire tryout. Please wear a pair you can safely and confidently walk in.
- Young Men: Dress shoes, loafers, or boots are preferred. Clean gym shoes are acceptable. No Crocs or slides.
The goal is to keep your outfit simple so we can focus on your walk, confidence, and presence. Bring your best walk, your best energy, and your best attitude. This is your time to shine!
