Transfer Requirements
Student Transfer Application:
Lindblom is not accepting transfer students for the 2024 and 2025 school year.
Lindblom does not accept 7th, 8th, and 9th-grade transfers. Instead, they must take the Entrance Exam and receive an offer. Students must live in Chicago to attend CPS High School.
Applications will only be evaluated if all required information is submitted. Therefore, please submit all forms at once, and do not piece mail documents.
PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS: Documents can be submitted to the primary office.
- PSAT Scores: Non-CPS students who did not take PSAT must submit proof of another standardized test that shows that they meet the benchmark for Math & Reading. You must have a 50 percentile in reading and math to be considered
- Official Transcripts that show they are on track to graduate. Must show end-of-year grades.
- Attendance Report
- Letter of good standing from the Dean or Administrator of the current school.
- Personal Statement: Why do you want to transfer to Lindblom? (Please type personal statement)
- Copy of most recent IEPs or 504
- Students with F's & D's and more than two C's on transcripts (any semester) will not be considered.
