perhaps you the youngest student in the classroom if you're able to demonstrate the same content knowledge that the students around you can you're in the right place it's a safe space for young people to figure out how they want to make a difference in the world here is the door here's how we get you in the door and here's what you can and do 1 shot on the other side 91% of our kids are taking the AP course if it's not an AP course it's a dual credit dual enrollment course or an honors course there's no regular it's just a institution of Excellence there's a lot of intentionality and how the school continues on its staying in front and making sure that the students have the most up-to-date technology our engineering program is amazing robotics Club is amazing award-winning robotics Club I've actually qualified for the World Championships 3 times in the last 5 years this past year we got all the way to the playoffs at the world championships kids understanding this is learning uniform with them it's not something that someone saying like you're going to need to know this later it's contextualized completely so that they can see oh if I want to be an engineer who works at an engineering firm I need to spend time learning from them and when you meet those Engineers who work for a company like SpaceX or bowing and you have a conversation well now you have a better understanding of what path you might choose choose a path that you feel really committed to but also feel comfortable knowing that hey at any point along the trajectory if you say this is no no longer the interest I've learned from this experience and I know I can make an informed decision about what my next steps will be when you know better you do better whether or not they learn how to program this dealing with her that was far less important even if you decide not to do engineering it's great to cross things off of your list before you get to College as well it is those adaptability skills it is the solutions mindset those students then are able to work and get those jobs with the companies that they want to if you're thinking about engineering you're thinking about Robotics and you're trying to figure out where you can get the best opportunities to do that the answer is labeling it's second to none
